ELEVARE Lab Solutions provides laboratory operations and procurement consulting designed to help labs make informed decisions, improve processes, and move important projects forward.
Our work focuses on laboratory procurement and purchasing, vendor and equipment evaluation, service agreements, reagents and supplies, operational processes, and defined special projects that internal teams may not have the time or resources to complete. We work alongside laboratory leadership to understand the need, evaluate options, and provide practical, project-based solutions.
ELEVARE was founded on a straightforward philosophy: when you elevate the operational practices of a business, you create opportunities to elevate the business itself.
About Jennifer
ELEVARE Lab Solutions was founded by Jennifer LaCharite, a business development and operations professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning sales, healthcare, clinical diagnostics, laboratory equipment, procurement, contracts, and business operations.
Jennifer's experience in the diagnostics industry has given her a firsthand understanding of the business and operational challenges laboratories face. She has worked closely with laboratories, healthcare organizations, vendors, and industry professionals on equipment purchases, service agreements, reagents and consumables, vendor relationships, purchasing decisions, and operational needs. Her background also includes experience with contracts, RFIs and RFPs, and structured evaluation processes for comparing competing vendor proposals.
Jennifer founded ELEVARE to bring that experience directly to laboratories through project-based consulting. Her approach is practical and hands-on: understand the challenge, identify the priorities, evaluate the available options, and help move the work from discussion to completion.
Based in Southern California, Jennifer works primarily with laboratories while also taking on select healthcare projects that align with her areas of expertise. She maintains relationships throughout the diagnostics and healthcare industries, providing access to a broad network of vendors, manufacturers, service providers, and other industry resources.
Jennifer is also a Broker Associate with CARR, where she exclusively represents healthcare tenants and buyers with their commercial real estate needs throughout Southern California. Her real estate work complements her healthcare industry experience, particularly when organizations are starting, expanding, relocating, purchasing property, or evaluating new locations.
